2 Sessions per week
Turn your idea into a commitment. Maybe you want to hit the ground running. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you want to get to your goals quicker. Whatever it is, this is a great way to reach your goals.
Gold Plan
3 Sessions per week
You’re here to get stuff done. You are dedicated to your goals and committed to reaching them efficiently. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into a lifestyle. Or maybe you need to get ready for next season or next event. Whatever it is, you are ready to go.

You’re not sure how many to start with, you just want to see what a session is like or you do not see the exact number of sessions you need. Here is a convenient way to get started or to select your desired number.
Please note, all personal training is limited to specific times. Due to this, you will often be in a personal training session along with other people. You will be doing your own custom-made workout program and still be monitored and progressed by our coaches, just with other people. You will never be in with more than 4 other people though. We have found that this also creates a sense of community where everyone can help and motivate each other while working on their own plan.
